Follow-up Dynamic Support

The servo controlled follow-up support platform plays a critical role in stabilizing and supporting the tube throughout the cutting process. Driven by its own responsive servo motor, this platform continuously adjusts up and down, ensuring the workpiece remains perfectly aligned, even pipes naturally deform or shift under heat and motion. This follow-up dynamic support minimizes vibration, preserves dimensional accuracy, and enables smoother. Additionally, by adapting in real time to changes in tube rotation or geometry, it reduces mechanical stress on components and elevates overall operational reliability and throughput.

Servo-Driven Follow-Up Holders for Asymmetrical Workpieces

To make sure precise rotation and consistent cut geometry, the chuck comes equipped with servo-driven follow-up holders that support the underside of the tube between chucks.
These intelligent supports automatically raise and follow the metal profile as it rotates, keeping even the longest or most irregularly shaped profiles perfectly aligned and wobble free.
This stability allows the chucks to maintain true axial spin, which is critical for high-tolerance cutting, especially on heavier or asymmetrical workpieces

Innovative Front Moving Chuck Design

The T2 series is specifically designed to reduce tailing length, helping manufacturers maximize raw material usage and significantly cut down on waste. Because of limitations in chuck positioning, traditional laser tube cutting systems often leave a substantial unprocessed section at the end of each tube, known as the tailing, . With its innovative front-moving chuck design, the cutting head can operate between both chucks, allowing it to cut much closer to the ends. Tail length is reduced to just under 35mm, allowing for significantly more usable material from each tube.
